I recently came across an article/note which a friend of mine shared on Facebook. It was written by Bishop TD Jakes where he highlighted 10 powerful points on how to work in any environment. I found them really useful and they gave me a whole new perspective on my attitude towards work. Unable to locate the source of the article I decided to blog about it and share it with my readers.

1. Don’t expect to be appreciated. Your only expectation should be to get a paycheck. Don’t come to work to have personal relationships. Don’t allow what you do to affect who you are.
