We all know that life contains it’s fair share of conflict. And there are times in life we need to fight. But if you fight all the time, you can wear yourself out. That’s why it’s important to pick your battles.

John C Maxwell, one of my favourite authors, highlights some points to gain a better perspective on when to fight back and when to “let it go,” practice these following disciplines:


1. Spend time with people who are different from you. This helps you appreciate and understand how others think and work. You will be less inclined to judge or battle them.

I’m sure you (my readers) have noticed the new Archives page on my blog. Well after much blood, sweat, and tears on my part, I finally got it the way I wanted it. Now you can see all my posts arranged according to the year and month in reverse chronological order.

Due to my limited knowledge in coding and all that technical stuff, I was really struggling to get the archives plug-in to work properly. So I thought I would contact the guys over at SRS Solutions as they created the theme I’m currently using on my blog: “Eos”. Sabastian, the guy who responded promptly to my email, said that my problem had nothing to do with the Eos theme.
