I personally think that Barack Obama will live up to expectations and deliver on his promises made during his campaign. His integrity and honour showed at the way he conducted his campaign. Also, I think it was time for America to change the ticket from Republican to Democrat. Look at where the Bush Administration got them. In this case, change is good and refreshing for America. Republicans say Obama has not done anything because they were fighting against him for the White House, and in the same breath I can ask, what has John McCain done? I guess the only way you can gauge is to look at their track records as senators and see what they have accomplished and which bills they have contributed to. No doubt, Obama does have a strong team with which he works with and consults. He would not be where he is now if he did not take the advice of his advisors. I think Joe Biden will make a great VP...now imagine if the Republicans had come into power again with Sarah Palin as VP. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against the republicans but in this case I feel that the democrat ticket was the best choice for America and they proved to everyone that they can make the right choice when it really counts. Dnt get me wrong i think its great that America elected a Black president. But does he actually deserve to be president. All people seem to talk about is that his black and his a good public speaker. I tend to agree with the Repulicans wen they said that he hasnt done anything, he hasnt hepled improve laws nothing. but ja i think he is just gona do a good job coz he has a strong backup team.
